I managed the production of nine game projects, including eight at Saxion and a large Erasmus project at TecnoCampus. In the Erasmus project, I co-led a 60-person team to deliver a research paper on sustainable game development practices. I applied Agile methodologies to coordinate workflows, support team collaboration, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards.
